What is 1000 Calorie BootCamp? Can I really burn that many Calories? 

75 - 90 minutes of All Over Body Workouts with Captain Felix Deer and his Team to get you into your best shape ever – and with plenty of fun and games to make you work hard and get great results - without getting bored! How does this compare to the gym?

Gyms are great but you have to know what you’re doing to get any results and working on your own can be boring and lacking in motivation. With 1000 Calorie BootCamp, every workout is designed by Qualified Instructors with lots of experience – and motivation is never a problem! Working in a group is also a great way to keep motivated and because the sessions are such good fun, you’ll work much harder and get amazing results – fast!

Where is BootCamp and what time?

There are indoor and outdoor sessions in Kingston, Richmond Park and Surbiton. See Your nearest class to find out which one is best for you!

Can I park?

There is free parking at all current venues! (But you could always walk or cycle!)

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, (plus a friend if you wish), some sports kit and trainers, and a bottle of water!

Are the sessions outdoors? What if the weather’s bad?

We run both indoor and outdoor sessions (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS), so you can choose which you prefer. But even during the winter, outdoor sessions are still very popular – people just wear warmer clothing!

Does BootCamp run all year round?

For sure! There are more indoor sessions in the winter, so some locations and timings do change occasionally. It’s best to check the website or call before you set off 020 8390 3727.

When will I start to see results?

The more times you train, the quicker you’ll see results, but most people notice a difference after just 2 weeks, especially if you’ve followed the FREE Healthy Eating Programme!  

What does it cost?

Prices vary depending on how many times a week you train – but how about this for value? – You can train at 1000 Calorie BootCamp as many times a month as you like (that’s more than 20 times, or over 30 hours of training!) for less than the cost of ONE single Personal Training Session!* Beat that! Are there any special offers or discounts available?

Can I pay as I go?

Is it flexible? Can I come when it suits me? Can I go to any location?

Absolutely! It’s totally up to you when and where you train! Workouts run on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and you can train whenever and wherever you wish. All you have to do is turn up!

Is there a refund policy?
